Sound effects from "Beyond Planet X"
A fictional movie based on the soundtracks of 1950's sci-fi pictures. All of these sounds are particularly inspired by "Forbidden Planet' a fantastic old Sci-Fi movie.
NB These sounds were created with a mix of feedback, delay and pure tones. Please watch your volume as they have been mixed to peak at -1dB - some of them are just intense! You've been warned!

Upon meeting a seemingly friendly life form by the name of Krum, they are taken back to the laboratory of Dr. Felank who, as it turns out, wants only to perform experiments on his unusual human visitors.

While the main hero manages to escape his holding cell by charming a semi naked alien slave girl into releasing him, the female researcher is still locked in the holding room of the evil Dr. Felank's flying saucer.

Our hero with the aid of Sil, the slave girl, infiltrate Felank's flying saucer and interrupt him as he is about to use the dreaded Mind Drain machine on the female researcher. There is a fight and the Mind Drain machine is damaged in such a way as to cause the entire saucer to go into self destruct mode.

The heroes escape just in time to watch Felank's flying saucer burst into a cloud of smoke and sparks. They take off in their ship leaving behind the terror that was - Planet X!
